100 Steps Project: Grief & Gratitude
When grief consumes us, it’s important to have space to hide. It’s equally as important to have a place to see the world with beauty again too. Yes it can be tempting to hibernate and ignore the pain of loss. But, there are gentle ways to stand in that pain and shift its perspective. Ways where you’ll learn to walk with your grief in one hand and hold on to gratitude in the other. It is possible, and it’s begins by picking up a camera.
I’ve partnered with Grappling With Grief for 5 days only to guide you on a special healing journey that is 100% online, free, and begins Monday, November 13th. Just enter your email below to take part in the ”100 Steps Project: Walking With Grief & Gratitude” and I’ll send you details on how to join the Facebook group set up for this special community healing practice.
About Beryl
When we lost our first daughter in 2009 when I was 20 weeks pregnant, photography was the healing outlet my heart needed as I learned to live a life without my baby. It led me down a path of supporting others as they too discover the healing magic held in the creative process. I believe that when you choose the creative path, you discover it’s never too late to heal your heart, change course, find happiness, try more, do less, go bold, get quiet, & cultivate a life of deeper courage and connection.
